使用領域

主要使用(yong)(yong)領(ling)域(yu):TSF裝置(zhi)對(dui)于快速補償無功,同時濾除諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)有著十分顯著的作用(yong)(yong),能夠將諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)源(yuan)(yuan)的危害降到最低,可提高電能質量和充分利用(yong)(yong)系統(tong)容量。典型適用(yong)(yong)對(dui)象有以下幾種(zhong)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)源(yuan)(yuan)負載(zai)。

主要技術參數:額定電壓:0.4~1kV;

(一)智能建筑

商業大樓(lou)和(he)高層住宅配電(dian)中,現代電(dian)力電(dian)子設備(可調速馬達,空調,在線UPS,開關電(dian)源,彩(cai)電(dian),激光打印機等)為非線性(xing)負荷,雖然(ran)負荷沖擊性(xing)小,但(dan)所產生的諧波電(dian)流非常嚴(yan)重。

(二) 電弧爐

電(dian)弧(hu)爐作為非線性(xing)及(ji)沖擊(ji)負(fu)荷接(jie)入電(dian)網。導(dao)致電(dian)網嚴重(zhong)三相不(bu)平衡,產生負(fu)序電(dian)流;產生高次諧(xie)(xie)波,普遍存在偶次諧(xie)(xie)波與奇(qi)次諧(xie)(xie)波共存的狀況,使電(dian)壓畸變更趨復(fu)雜化(hua);存在嚴重(zhong)的電(dian)壓閃變;功率(lv)因數(shu)低。

(三) 中頻爐

中頻爐(lu)在工(gong)作時(shi)所產生的(de)奇次諧波電(dian)流嚴重。

(四)交直流傳動(dong)電機(ji)和軋機(ji)

電網電壓(ya)波動,功率因數(shu)降低(di),產生奇次諧波,使電網電壓(ya)畸變。

(五)電焊機群

電焊機(ji)為單(dan)相負荷(he)時,3次諧波電流大、波形畸變嚴重,三(san)相電流極不平衡,電壓(ya)閃變嚴重。
